The Vietnam State Securities Commission has directed 35 listed individuals to pay a VND 1 million fee to complete the process for obtaining a securities practice certificate. Recipients must complete the procedure to receive their certificate within one year of the fee notice. The commission will revoke certificates that remain unclaimed after that period. Individuals receiving electronic certificates can access them through the commission’s licensing system.
