The Insurance State Supervision Service of Georgia joined five other regulators to organise the III International Consumer Protection Week, combining a multi-agency panel discussion with public Q&A sessions focused on how consumers can protect their rights and seek redress. The programme, co-hosted with the Competition and Consumer Protection Agency, the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), the National Bank, the Communications Commission and the National Food Agency, reviewed agencies’ results, challenges and enforcement mechanisms.
