Argentina’s Superintendency of Insurance announced that, in a court-ordered forced liquidation of an insurer, shareholders and prospective creditors may submit objections or observations within 10 days after the deadline for filing credit verification requests, in line with Article 34 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law (LCQ), and access to the credit files must be requested via the Trámites a Distancia (TAD) procedure ‘Objections and Observations to credit files’.
