The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has signed technical cooperation agreements with B3 S.A. – BRASIL, BOLSA, BALCÃO and BEE4 S.A. BALCÃO ORGANIZADO DE EMPRESAS EMERGENTES to support implementation of the FÁCIL regime established by CVM Resolution 232. The arrangements set out duties and procedures for these market infrastructures in connection with the listing, offering and supervision of Companhias de Menor Porte (CMP). The cooperation framework focuses in particular on processes for monitoring CMP issuers’ periodic and event-driven disclosures, while also covering information sharing, the possibility of joint inspections where needed, and the analysis and monitoring of results. The agreements were approved at an extraordinary meeting of the CVM Board on 12 March 2026. Each agreement runs for five years from its publication in Brazil’s Official Gazette and may be extended through an addendum.
