The reception will cover citizens living in the Ismayilli, Agsu, Gobustan and Shamakhi administrative districts. Central Bank representatives will review and respond to citizens’ enquiries and complaints related to financial services and provide the necessary support, with requests also accepted via the Central Bank’s hotline and WhatsApp channel.
