The Corporate Relations Superintendency of the Brazil Securities Commission has issued Circular Letter CVM/SEP 1/2026 setting out updates to the Empresas.NET system for filings made exclusively by Companhias Abertas de Menor Porte (CMP) that choose to use the Facilitation of Access to Capital and Incentives for Listings (FÁCIL) regime. Under the updated document-category associations in Empresas.NET, a registered issuer classified as a CMP that files the Formulário FÁCIL must use the “Formulário FÁCIL” category. If it files the Formulário de Informações Semestrais (ISEM), it must use the “Formulário de Informações Semestrais - ISEM” category. A list of applicable exemptions from regulatory obligations must be submitted under “Relação de Dispensa de Obrigações Regulatórias”.
