The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority announced that it has issued EFG Hermes Eva Financial Brokerage Company a licence to carry out the activity of a qualified securities broker registered with the Securities Exchange, replacing its existing licensed brokerage activity. The change was made under Resolution No. 120 of 2025 on the company’s licence application, submitted pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 and the Executive Bylaws and amendments issued on 06/07/2025. The update cancels the activity of a securities broker registered in the Stock Exchange and adds the activity of a qualified securities broker registered in the Stock Exchange, with the licence issued as of 30/12/2025 after completion of the Authority’s requirements.

The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has granted EFG Hermes Eva Financial Brokerage Company a licence to operate as a qualified securities broker registered with the Securities Exchange, replacing its previous brokerage activity, effective 30 December 2025, under Resolution No. 120 of 2025.
