The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) approved and registered a series of securities issuance and disclosure actions for several collective investment funds, alongside supervisory and governance decisions affecting market participants. The package includes approvals for new share and investment certificate issues, registrations of prospectus and fund document changes, and a refusal of a proposed increase in substantial participation. Approvals covered the registration and prospectuses of share issues for collective investment by JSC ZNVCIF A-F and JSC ZNVCIF PORTOFINO, and the registration and prospectus of an investment certificate issue for collective investment by PZNVIF 'Investments of the Future' LLC 'AMC EnergoBudLeasing'. The NSSMC also registered changes to prospectuses and regulations for JSC ZNVCIF AFON, JSC ZNVCIF MAGNETAR and JSC ZNVCIF SKY AVENUE, including registration of share issues and replacement of their issue registration certificates, and approved draft charters and share issue registrations to form initial authorised capital for JSC ZNVCIF SIMVEST, JSC ZNVCIF IMPULSE and JSC ZNVCIF BAKLER. Other decisions included appointing a state representative to participate in the National Depository of Ukraine’s electronic annual general meeting, amending prior NSSMC decisions (11 November 2014 No. 1532, 6 November 2023 No. 1232 and 6 November 2023 No. 1233), appointing an internal auditor of Investudio LLC, determining that AMC UNIVES LLC and FC INTERSVIT LLC met the criteria under Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023, and approving an implementation plan for an action plan to deliver European Commission recommendations set out in Ukraine’s Progress Report.
