The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) has set out which requests must now be filed through the GovBr portal and which remain on the SEI electronic information system following the January migration to the new CADPREVIC register. Four licensing requests have been automated and can only be submitted via GovBr: implementation of a benefit plan, amendment of benefit plan regulations, approval of an accession agreement, and amendment of an accession agreement. PREVIC is automating 22 licensing request types under a digital transformation plan agreed with the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, with two further workflows in development for bylaws amendments and transfers of benefit plan management. All other non-automated requests continue to be filed through SEI, including officer qualification, sponsor withdrawal or termination of an accession agreement at the EFPC's initiative, closure of plans or entities, incorporations, mergers, spin-offs, participant migration between plans, related structural operations, establishment of an entity, and recognition or certification requests. Accreditation in PREVIC's Acesso system does not give GovBr filing rights. Entities must first link their CNPJ to the GovBr account of the person responsible for the e-CNPJ, who can then authorize staff to submit and track requests. On the registry side, CADPREVIC already allows consultation of legal entity, entity and benefit plan records. Consultation of accession agreements and limited changes such as an entity email address are still to be added. The provisional National Register of Officers (Cand) is available for consultation, while data updates and registration of board members' terms of office for S3 and S4 entities that do not require a qualification process are due to be released later. Requests for executive board members and for board members of S1 or S2 entities continue to be filed through SEI.
