The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, with the Ministry of National Education’s approval, announced a painting competition for 7th and 8th grade middle school students and an essay competition for high school students themed “Our Financial Literacy Is Our Assurance Against Social Media Fraud”. The initiative aims to raise financial literacy awareness among students, strengthen saving and investment habits, and introduce financial institutions. The competitions are open to middle and high school students under the Ministry of National Education, excluding first-degree relatives of staff of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, Borsa Istanbul AŞ and the Turkish Capital Markets Association. Entries must be submitted to school administrations by 30 January 2026 and will not be assessed if sent directly to the Board by students or schools outside the Provincial Directorates of National Education. First-place winners will receive a laptop, second-place winners a tablet, and third-place winners wireless headphones, alongside a participant certificate signed by the Chair, with results to be published on the Board’s website.
