The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has published its consultation response and final reporting standards supporting the transition of superannuation data collections from Direct to APRA (D2A) to APRA Connect. The updates align the standards with other collections in APRA Connect, following the consultation launched in July 2026. The final standards cover asset allocation and investments under Reporting Standard SRS 533.0 Asset Allocation - Investments and membership reporting under Reporting Standard SRS 610.2 Membership Profile. Associated definitions are contained in Reporting Standard SRS 101.0 Definitions for Superannuation Data Collections. In launching the consultation, APRA specified that the migration involved no planned changes to the scope, format, granularity or frequency of the data collections.
