The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) approved the final List of clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, identifying the individuals, legal entities and investment funds entitled to receive the return of blocked funds. The List reflects updated information on the status of assets, incorporating reconciled balance sheet data from stakeholders and corporate changes since the List’s initial approval. NSSMC indicated it will continue updating the List to reflect further corporate events. After the Ministry of Justice completes state registration of the relevant Procedure, professional market participants will use the List when processing payments.
