The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) reported that, on 9 February 2026, it and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), as co-chairs of the ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development (WC-CMD) for 2024–2026, co-chaired the WC-CMD meeting in Bohol, the Philippines, coordinated by the ASEAN Secretariat and presided over by SERC Director General Sou Socheat and MAS Executive Director Dawn Chew.

The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia reported that, together with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, it co-chaired the ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development meeting in Bohol, the Philippines, on 9 February 2026.
