The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approved amendments that further update the framework for combating capital markets abuse, continuing its recent work on EU aligned monitoring and reporting rules. It also adopted an action plan to implement the national program for aligning Ukrainian legislation with European Union law. The commission decided all 30 matters on its agenda. Other decisions covered candidates for risk management, compliance, leadership, governance and financial monitoring roles at several regulated companies, as well as matters involving corporate bonds, shares and investment funds.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approved further changes to capital markets abuse rules and an action plan for aligning Ukrainian legislation with EU law. Its 30 decisions also addressed key functions at regulated companies and matters involving corporate securities and investment funds.
