The Mauritius Financial Services Commission has issued a circular letter setting an exceptional deadline of 30 September 2026 for the payment of annual licence fees for the financial year commencing 1 July 2026. The arrangement applies to licensees and registered, authorised or approved persons that are required to pay annual fees. Licensees will be informed separately when payment may be effected. Insurance companies have been asked to bring the circular to the attention of intermediaries working with them.
