Vietnam State Securities Commission released the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 122/2025/TT-BTC, updating guidance on covered warrants. This circular, effective 6 February 2026, supersedes Circular 107/2016/TT-BTC concerning the offering and trading of covered warrants.
