The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) published meeting insights from its February 2026 Learning and Development Forum, summarising discussions aimed at strengthening implementation of the risk-based approach, particularly risk-based supervision. The forum was held in London on 25 to 26 February 2026 and was hosted by HM Treasury and the City of London Corporation. It brought together more than 100 participants from financial supervisors, financial intelligence units, law enforcement agencies and policy makers across the FATF Global Network, alongside Wolfsberg Group members and other major international banks operating globally in the largest and higher risk financial markets.
