He highlighted bond issuances, the small and medium-sized enterprise segment of the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (BODIVA), and venture capital funds as available financing alternatives. The forum, held on 18 November 2025 under the theme “Financing the Economy: Challenges and Paths to a More Efficient and Inclusive System”, brought together public decision-makers, regulators, bank leaders, academics and business representatives to identify constraints and develop recommendations to strengthen cooperation between banks, the state and the productive sector. The CMC delegation included Serrão, executive administrator Edna Mascarenhas and board adviser Pedro Pitta Gróz, who joined a roundtable on developing a sustainable productive financing ecosystem focused on sustainability, innovation, impact and partnerships.
