The complaint covers Prometheus Financial Cooperative at prometheuscl.holdings, described as an imitator of Prometheus SpA, Credi Asset Group at crediasset.group, Créditos Brokers at creditosbrokers.cl, described as an imitator of Brokers SpA, Condor Capital Cooperative at condorcapital.site, and Credi Acceso at crediacceso.cash. The CMF also pointed users to its Fraud Alert website, where individuals can check whether a firm or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the commission and review alerts on unregulated entities or activities.
