The Federal Reserve Board announced its annual designations of the chairs and deputy chairs of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks for 2026. The designations are made from among the three public directors the Board of Governors appoints to each Reserve Bank’s nine-member board. Boston: Lizanne Kindler (KnitWell Group) was named chair and Tim Sweeney (Liberty Mutual Insurance) was named deputy chair. New York: Pat Wang (Healthfirst) was renamed chair and Rajiv J. Shah, M.D. (The Rockefeller Foundation) was renamed deputy chair. Philadelphia: William Lo (Crystal Steel Fabricators, Inc.) was named chair and Kisha Hortman Hawthorne (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) was named deputy chair. Cleveland: Richard J. Kramer (former The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.) was named chair and Fred Hargett (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) was named deputy chair. Richmond: Lisa M. Lawson (The Annie E. Casey Foundation) was renamed chair and Halsey M. Cook (Milliken & Company) was renamed deputy chair. Atlanta: Gregory A. Haile (Upwardly Global) was renamed chair and James O. Etheredge (former Accenture North America) was renamed deputy chair. Chicago: Jennifer F. Scanlon (UL Solutions Inc.) was renamed chair and Maurice Smith (Health Care Service Corporation) was named deputy chair. St. Louis: Lal Karsanbhai (Emerson Electric Co.) was named chair and Gregory A. Heckman (Bunge Global SA) was named deputy chair. Minneapolis: Paul D. Williams (Williams Community Supports) was named chair and Jay Debertin (CHS, Inc.) was named deputy chair. Kansas City: Jandel Allen-Davis, M.D. (Craig Hospital) was named chair and Paul Maass (Scoular) was named deputy chair. Dallas: Claudia Aguirre (BakerRipley) was renamed chair and Gary C.
