The Italian Securities Commission (Consob) has set out the data, information and document-transmission obligations that crowdfunding service providers (CSPs) must fulfil vis-à-vis Consob, following a market consultation (Resolution No. 23656 of 30 July 2025). The requirements cover structured data on published and concluded offers for the relevant calendar year, including the information on funded projects that CSPs must transmit under Article 16(1) of the EU Crowdfunding Regulation, supplemented by additional operational data and information that Consob will collect at the same time using its investigative powers under Article 30(1). The framework also specifies what CSPs must report about material changes to authorisation conditions under Article 15(3), including submission timelines, and identifies certain information fields from the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) to be provided in a structured format. Consob has published the consultation outcome report and stakeholder submissions on its website under Regulation/Concluded consultations. The resolution is being published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and enters into force on 29 September 2025.
