For 2025-2026, basic grains targets include rice at 5.1 million quintals oro, up 7.3 percent, red beans at 3.7 million quintals, up 8.8 percent, and maize at 7.9 million quintals, up 7.6 percent; projected agroexport volumes include coffee at 3.3 million quintals and peanuts at 4.5 million quintals. Total agro and fisheries exports for 2025 are projected at USD 3,117.4 million, up 8.1 percent year on year, and value added growth forecasts for 2025 include agriculture at 8.9 percent, livestock at 4.3 percent, agroindustry at 3.9 percent, and fisheries and aquaculture at minus 0.6 percent. Implementation is to be carried out through coordinated support measures by institutions within the national system, focused on engagement with producers, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs, including technical assistance and field visits.
