Moldova's National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF) adopted a set of supervisory decisions, rejecting several preliminary (pre-litigation) requests seeking to overturn earlier CNPF positions in petition-related cases, and approving the authority’s 2024 activity report. The Board rejected a consumer’s request to challenge CNPF letter no. 05-5/1476 of 3 April 2025, which had addressed a petition seeking measures against “ASTERRA GRUP” SA, citing a lack of grounds to revise its institutional position. It also rejected BC “EuroCreditBank” SA’s request to contest CNPF decision no. 19/2 of 8 April 2025 regarding petition no. 8041 (registered 11 November 2024), maintaining the April decision in the absence of indications of illegality. Separate preliminary requests filed by OCN “FLEX FINANCIAL” SRL and SAR “MOLDCARGO” SA to annul CNPF decision no. 13/3/2025 regarding petition no. 43 (registered 3 January 2025) were likewise rejected for lacking arguments that would contradict the authority’s earlier findings. Under the applicable legal framework, the approved 2024 activity report is to be submitted to Parliament for review by 1 June and published on the authority’s website.
