The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced director appointments and board leadership selections for 2026 across its Richmond head office and its Baltimore and Charlotte branch boards, and named its representative to the Federal Advisory Council. The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System reappointed Lisa Lawson as chair and Halsey Cook as deputy chair of the Richmond Fed’s Board of Directors. Adam Currie was elected a Class A director by state member banks. For the Baltimore Board of Directors, Jermaine Johnson and Rob Smith were appointed by the Richmond Fed’s Board of Directors, and Radha Muthiah was appointed by the Board of Governors, with Leslie D. Hale selected as chair. For the Charlotte Board of Directors, Susan Mims was appointed by the Richmond Fed’s Board of Directors, and Omar Jorge and Jack Purcell were appointed by the Board of Governors, with George Dean Johnson III selected as chair. The Richmond Fed Board of Directors also selected Frank Holding to serve on the Federal Advisory Council for 2026, and thanked six outgoing directors, including Jodie McLean, James H. Sills III, William J. McCarthy, Cecilia A. Hodges, James F. “Jimmy” Goodmon Jr., and Bernie W. Mazyck.
