The Central Bank of Bolivia issued a communiqué revoking in full four previously granted powers of attorney, removing the legal effect of the related notarial representation documents under its authorised signatures framework. The revocations are made pursuant to Article 16(II) of the Regulation on Authorised Signatures (approved by Board Resolution No. 190/2025) and Article 76(II) of Supreme Decree No. 2189 implementing the Plurinational Notary Law No. 483. The revoked instruments are Testimonios de Poder No. 135/2009 (Wylma Guerra Montenegro), No. 2231/2021 (Mónica Elia Mendez Mejía), No. 367/2023 (Ninoska Andrea Sainz Vidaurre and Marco Antonio Heredia Molina) and No. 198/2025 (Flavio Delgadillo Arce), with the communiqué stating that the named attorneys-in-fact should take note of the revocation.
