Luxembourg’s Ministry of Finance announced that Finance Minister Gilles Roth met Canadian Minister of Finance and National Revenue François-Philippe Champagne and signed a letter of intent to establish a structured and strengthened bilateral dialogue on financial sector policies. The dialogue is intended to deepen and consolidate cooperation between the Luxembourg and Canadian financial centres and follows on from conclusions of a recent bilateral meeting between Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
