The Central Bank of Bolivia announced the full revocation of four notarial powers of attorney (Testimonios de Poder) under its Authorized Signatures Regulation and the notarial framework set out in Supreme Decree No. 2189, with the effect that the associated notarial representation documents have no legal force. The revoked powers are Testimonio de Poder No. 135/2009 (issued 24 April 2009, Notary Public Office No. 83, attorney-in-fact Wylma Guerra Montenegro; revoked via Testimonio de Revocación No. 108/2026), No. 2231/2021 (19 July 2021, Notary No. 44, Mónica Elia Mendez Mejía), No. 367/2023 (8 August 2023, Notary No. 40, Ninoska Andrea Sainz Vidaurre and Marco Antonio Heredia Molina), and No. 198/2025 (23 June 2025, Notary No. 2, Flavio Delgadillo Arce). The bank instructed the listed attorneys-in-fact to take note of the communiqué.

The Central Bank of Bolivia has fully revoked four notarial powers of attorney under its Authorized Signatures Regulation and Supreme Decree No. 2189, rendering the associated documents legally void. The affected attorneys-in-fact have been instructed to acknowledge the communiqué.
