The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye published draft standard information forms for crowdfunding campaigns, intended for disclosure on campaign pages when entrepreneurs or venture companies raise funds via crowdfunding platforms. The draft package updates the existing equity-based crowdfunding information forms and reissues them as separate templates for entrepreneurs and for venture companies. It also introduces new draft information forms for debt-based crowdfunding, again split between entrepreneurs and venture companies, under the Crowdfunding Communiqué. Comments and suggestions on the draft forms can be submitted until 14 June 2025.
