The National Bank of Moldova published remarks by Governor Anca Dragu to participants in the School of Modern Finance, outlining an expanded format that will, for the first time, include future economic journalists alongside finance and economics participants. The programme is delivered with support from the National Bank of Romania and in partnership with Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Dragu linked the new participant mix to strengthening financial education and improving how economic and financial realities are communicated to the public. The dialogue session brought together recent participants, who shared experiences from the summer session, and prospective attendees ahead of the next intake; the fourth edition ran from 26 July to 3 August 2025, and the session scheduled for 6–14 September will include students from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences of Moldova State University alongside economic journalists. The project is run in Romania and combines theoretical and practical financial-banking training with cultural activities and thematic visits focused on the economy and the role of a central bank in the European Union.
