The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) published the results of its “Internal Integrity Climate Survey at PREVIC 2025”, an internal diagnostic of staff and contractor perceptions intended to strengthen the agency’s integrity culture and support updates to its integrity framework. The voluntary digital survey ran from 15 September to 20 October and received 71 responses, representing 25% of PREVIC’s workforce. Among respondents, 72% agreed totally (42%) or partially (30%) that PREVIC promotes an organisational culture based on ethics and integrity, while 76% considered leadership “always” (25%) or “frequently” (51%) committed to integrity through their actions; 56% reported feeling totally (31%) or partially (25%) safe using the agency’s reporting channels. The survey also found 82% reported knowing the meaning of “public integrity” “a lot” (30%) or “reasonably” (52%), 69% said they “always” read internal communications on ethics and conduct, and respondents reported completing 128 integrity-related courses across topics including ethics, integrity, transparency and access to information, conflicts of interest, harassment and discrimination prevention, and nepotism. The perceptions captured will be used to update PREVIC’s Integrity Programme INTEGRAR and to develop a new Integrity Plan for 2026-2027. The results were presented to PREVIC’s Collegiate Board on 18 November and the survey is described as an action under the agency’s 2024-2025 Integrity Plan.
