The Supervisory Board of the Central Bank of Estonia confirmed Andrus Alber as Deputy Governor, appointing him for a five-year term beginning in the second half of January 2026. He will replace Deputy Governor Veiko Tali, whose term ends at the end of December. The central bank indicated that the choice of the second Deputy Governor will probably be announced in spring 2026, and that it will publish its financial stability review on 26 November.
