The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed 21 listed individuals to pay a fee of VND 1 million each to complete the procedure for obtaining a securities practice certificate. The fee applies under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid by bank transfer or in person. Recipients of electronic certificates must access the commission’s online system using credentials sent to their registered phone numbers. If an individual does not complete the certificate receipt formalities within one year of the fee notice, the commission will cancel the certificate already issued.
