The Vietnam State Securities Commission has published the detailed timetable, venue and candidate eligibility lists for the second 2026 securities practice certificate examination in Hanoi. The exam will be held on July 23 and 24 at Building E of the University of Labour and Social Affairs, and the notice covers candidates eligible to sit by candidate number, session and room, as well as a separate list of candidates barred from sitting because they did not pay the exam fee. The examination will be conducted as a computer-based multiple-choice test. Exam durations are 120 minutes for the securities brokerage certificate, 150 minutes for the financial analysis certificate and 180 minutes for the fund management certificate, with each exam divided into two parts. Candidates must bring valid identification matching their registration details and comply with the examination rules and instructions published with the notice. For candidates who did not submit a criminal record certificate in their application file, the Commission requires the document to be provided within 20 days after the exam results are announced on its website. Candidates who pass but fail to submit that document within the deadline will have to retake the examination.
