Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has updated its Financial Consumer Alert list, adding 34 companies and websites that it says are neither authorised nor approved under the laws and regulations it administers, and updating an existing listing to reflect a potential clone risk. New additions were CC Advisory, Tradeview Capital, Dana Dividen, 948 OUD Asset Management, Tips Trader Berjaya, Harvestkorp (IFA) 310, Rezeki Manusia, Finwealth Group 121, Pembiayaan Dividen, CAPSRING TEMASIK 186, Kewangan Bursa, PHILIP MUTUAL BERHAD 210, Study Sphere, Excellentte Consultancy 507, Pelaburan Saham Malaysia, YES Financial Group 521, Kunci Keuntungan Harian, VPW Malaysia 209, MYKawangan Saham Professional, Pelaburan Saham Syariah, Malay Stock Success, Trader Rezeki Harian, Cerdik Ilmu Bursa, Kongsi Kewangan, Kewangan Melayu, Invest MelayuHub, Rezeki Baidu, Grow Capital, Saham Bijak, Smart Halal, PIII001, Alpine Advisory, Newgen Investment and DGQEX. The existing listing for AHAM Capital Asset Management was updated and flagged as a potential clone entity, a label BNM uses for entities that may impersonate legitimate organisations by replicating identity, branding or operations. BNM noted the list is not exhaustive, is intended as a public guide based on information and queries it has received, and will be updated regularly, with the latest version published on its website.
