Greece's Ministry of National Economy and Finance and Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family have issued a joint notice confirming that 31 May 2026 is the final date for entry into the My Home II programme. After that date, no new applications to join the programme can be approved and the electronic issuance of eligibility certificates through the Public Administration's Single Digital Portal gov.gr will stop. The deadline for signing loan agreements between beneficiaries and banks remains 31 August 2026. Interested applicants are asked to complete the issuance of the eligibility certificate, the submission of the programme application and the conclusion of the loan agreement before the relevant deadlines.
