The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved Athens Exchange SA’s application to register its multilateral trading facility, the Alternative Market, as a Market for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under Law 4514/2018. The registration will take effect when the new rulebooks are published on the Athens Exchange Group website. The Commission also approved amendments to the rulebook for clearing transactions in book-entry securities and the rulebook for clearing derivatives transactions of Athens Exchange Clearing House S.A., with the updated rulebooks to be published on the same website.
