The European Payments Council (EPC) has invited interested candidates to apply for membership of its Scheme End-User Multi-Stakeholder Group (SEU MSG) and Scheme Technical Player Multi-Stakeholder Group (STP MSG), which were established to strengthen dialogue with key stakeholders. Applications must be submitted by close of business on 24 October 2025, with successful candidates elected to a two-year mandate effective 1 January 2026. The SEU MSG is structured to include up to five EPC scheme participant-related members nominated by participants in one or more EPC schemes, up to 20 representatives from European associations of users of EPC schemes, and the EPC Director General. The STP MSG includes up to five EPC scheme participant-related members, up to 10 scheme-compliant Infrastructure Solution Providers, up to two representatives from major technical players or European associations providing messaging services to such providers, up to 16 representatives from other major technical players or associations active across multiple SEPA countries that enable EPC scheme transaction processing or provide related value-added services, and the EPC Director General. Applicants are expected to indicate the relevant membership category and whether they are applying to serve as Co-Chair.
