The Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) held a public lecture at Yogyakarta State University as part of Anti-Corruption Day 2025 activities, focusing on integrity and good governance as foundations for a clean and accountable financial services sector. In remarks delivered by OJK Audit Board Chair and Commissioner Sophia Wattimena, OJK highlighted that fraud risks are evolving with technological developments and pointed to efforts to strengthen internal defences through an Anti-Bribery Management System aligned with ISO 37001 and an anti-fraud strategy built on four pillars: assessment, prevention, detection, and response. The session also encouraged students to resist corrupt practices in everyday campus life and to report misconduct by OJK employees through OJK’s whistleblowing system, while noting the need for public awareness of risks from illegal financial products.
