Bermuda's Ministry of Finance has published details of an Overseas Territories Caribbean Caucus convened by Bermuda Premier E. David Burt in his capacity as president of the United Kingdom Overseas Territories Association Political Council. The September 8-12 meeting in Hamilton is intended to establish common positions among Caribbean Overseas Territories ahead of the Joint Ministerial Council. Leaders from Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Montserrat and the Turks and Caicos Islands will discuss the relationship between the United Kingdom and its Overseas Territories, economic and financial services resilience, climate and disaster preparedness, regional cooperation and citizen wellbeing.
