The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission, together with the Bank of Thailand and the Office of Insurance Commission, awarded certificates to participants who completed Class 3 of the Responsible Voices for Finfluencers Project. The initiative is intended to promote responsible dissemination of financial, investment and insurance information on social media, and the SEC used the announcement to restate that finfluencers should provide accurate and appropriate information and should not give securities, derivatives or digital asset information or advice that could amount to unlawful activity under SEC supervision. The project has run since May 2025 and provides participants with direct input from the three regulators on their roles, responsibilities and relevant regulatory frameworks. Class 3 was held on 20 and 28 May 2026. Across the first three classes, certificates have been awarded to 93 pages or channels representing 114 participants with a combined following of 34.5 million.
