The third sets the content and reporting timetable for alternative investment fund management companies to report to the authority, with the stated aim of supporting supervision and compliance with regulatory requirements. Interested parties can submit comments within 14 days of publication. The authority will determine the final text of the rules after reviewing the feedback received.
