The live online event will take place on 10 April at 10:00 via PREVIC’s YouTube channel. PREVIC technical staff and specialists will present the main changes affecting pension fund licensing, including updates to registration, adhesion agreements, criteria for determining dates, interviews for qualification, minimum lead times for requests for prior authorisation, appointment of an attorney for the closure of a closed pension entity, participation of interested parties in licensing processes, and the registration of plan offers and management transfers. The session includes a Q&A and features Érika Palma, president of OABPREV-SP, as a guest. Questions can be submitted in advance via PREVIC’s online question box until 8 April at 23:59; after that, questions will be taken via YouTube chat during the broadcast.
