The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) reported that the National Depository of Ukraine has published a detailed procedure governing how depository institutions interact with the central depository to return blocked assets to clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, covering both securities and cash. The procedure was developed pursuant to an NSSMC decision dated 25 July 2025 (No. 09/21/2643/K03) and provides instructions intended to ensure consistent application of the return mechanisms by depository institutions. The NSSMC also referenced a previously prepared customer infographic with step-by-step guidance and answers to common questions. Work continues with the NSMC, banks and other involved parties to resolve the situation and support confidence in the capital market.
