The proceedings include: PAS 19957.008183/2024-16 against Sergio Mattos regarding an alleged failure to provide a list of shareholders’ addresses (in alleged breach of Article 126(1) of Law 6,404 together with Article 58(1)(i) of CVM Resolution 81); PAS 19957.015389/2022-31 against PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes Ltda. and Marcos Paulo Putini concerning alleged non-observance of standards issued by the Federal Accounting Council (Article 20 of CVM Resolution 23); and PAS 19957.001912/2024-11 against Intra DTVM Ltda. for alleged irregularities in submitting financial statements and an alleged breach of the duty of diligence (Article 59 of CVM Instruction 555). The session will be open to the public, held in person at CVM’s headquarters and available by videoconference. If no defendant or legal representative indicates participation, the CVM will conduct the session in a restricted format via electronic voting, and the published rapporteur reports may be amended after the judgments.
