Valencia said his management approach would be technical and aligned with international best practices, with stronger coordination across state entities to improve efficiency, transparency and public access to the pension system; the ministry also cited his background in macroeconomic policy, financial regulation and pensions, including experience at the Central Bank of Bolivia, the Inter-American Development Bank and CAF.
