The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has issued operational guidance on how it will distribute 2026 annual fee invoices to licensees and registrants in early January 2026, ahead of publishing its fee consultation feedback paper in December. Invoices will be sent to the generic email address held on record for each entity, and firms have until 11 December 2025 to confirm any change to that address. Only one email address will be recorded per licensee or registrant, with a preference for a generic mailbox rather than a named individual. Invoice emails will carry the GFSC logo but will be distributed via QuickBooks (Intuit), including an attached invoice and a link to an Intuit-hosted portal showing invoice details and payment status. Firms are responsible for ensuring their systems accept emails from the distribution domain, and late payment resulting from blocked delivery may trigger an administrative penalty. The GFSC expects invoices to be issued from 5 January 2026, and firms that have not received an invoice email by 9 January 2026 are asked to contact the Commission. FAQs on the annual fee process are available on the GFSC website.
