The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye amended its circular on compulsory motor third-party liability insurance premiums, setting the maximum premiums for June 2026 at 1.75% above the caps applied in May 2026 for each vehicle group and usage type. An additional 2% increase applies for taxis, minibuses with 10 to 17 seats including the driver, buses with 18 to 30 seats including the driver, and buses with 31 seats and above including the driver. The amendment takes effect from 1 June 2026.
