Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission approved changes to reporting procedures for depository institutions and a draft regulation on electronic information exchange between depository institutions, investment firms and public and private enforcement bodies. In September, the commission had approved draft depository reporting amendments and an information exchange procedure for depository institutions concerning debtors' accounts and securities. The commission adopted decisions on all 19 agenda items. It also considered corporate governance legislative initiatives and changes to regulations and its 2026 rulemaking plan.
