Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission approved a revised draft regulation governing financial monitoring by entities under its regulation and supervision. The decision formed part of a 29-item meeting agenda covering legislative initiatives, securities issuance, collective investment institutions and professional capital market participants. The Commission also considered draft legislation on a taxonomy for sustainable economic activities and sustainable investments. Other measures included proposed amendments giving the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine access to depository accounting information and Commission opinions on bills concerning greenhouse gas emissions trading.
