The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has made the “Internalised settlement reporting under Article 9 of CSDR” procedure available for testing via its eDesk PREPROD platform. Under Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 (Central Securities Depositories Regulation, CSDR), settlement internalisers must report quarterly to the competent authority of their place of establishment the aggregated volume (number of transactions) and value of securities transactions settled outside a securities settlement system. The PREPROD testing environment is available in two collection modes, and a user guide for the platform has been published.

Settlement internalisers are required to report quarterly on the volume and value of securities transactions settled outside a securities settlement system. The PREPROD environment offers two collection modes, and a user guide is available.
